I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and have been undertaking professional surveying work since 1988. My extensive experience includes rural practice, commercial and residential surveying and valuation.

I commenced practice on my own in September, 1996 and specialise in property surveying in the North West of England.

I am a member of the Countryside Policy Panel of the RICS that responds to Government issues such as The Countryside and Amenity Bill - right to roam etc.

The Bachelor of Science is from Leeds University for Valuation and Estate Development. The NDA is a National Diploma in Agriculture from Reaseheath Agricultural College.
