It was really helpful to be able to have the immediate discussion with you post your surveying of the property and then for the report to arrive so quickly after. The information has given us the confidence to proceed with our purchase whilst also being aware and alert to matters needing attention when we take possession. I am sure this knowledge will save us trouble and additional expense in the longer term.

Everything has been as promised and easy, including payment which I have made today by bank transfer.

I am more than happy should you wish for this testimonial to go on your website. Also if a prospective customer needs added assurance in the future I would not mind you giving them my email or telephone number. Although not to second parties for marketing purposes - we all get too many those calls.
