On 20th October 2010, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
launched its Valuer Registration Scheme. This ensures that every valuer
who carries out valuations for clients has to be registered with the RICS.
This scheme assures the quality of valuations, increases the credibility
of professional valuers and provides clients with a clearly identifiable
designation for the best regulated and qualified professionals in this
field. It will reinforce professional standards and raise consumer confidence
in the delivery of valuation advice.
Ensure your valuer is local to you and has knowledge of the area.
Mark Bullock has lived between Macclesfield and Congleton all his life
some 40years. His family has lived in the area since Domesday times and
have collected a wealth of knowledge.
Areas covered by Mark's valuation expertise include Cheshire, Derbyshire,
Staffordshire and North Wales.
Valuations have been undertaken in Congleton, Macclesfield, Buxton, Knutsford,
Whaley Bridge, Nantwich, Middlewich, Sandbach, Biddulph, Bollington etc.
